Hello, my name is Pat Lunderberg Van Wylen. I was raised in Holland, Michigan, and in 2015 my husband and I moved back to be near our aging parents. After living more than 600 miles away from our parents for most of my adult life, I took joy living close to them, enjoying time together, helping them out, and finding ways to make their daily lives easier and more enriched. Now I am doing the same thing for other older adults in our community.

Previous work in health promotion, education, and international studies allowed me to meet and serve a wide range of people. I love connecting with people, learning their stories, solving small challenges, and through A LITTLE ASSIST, I add positivity to people's lives and help them live autonomously longer.
